How to draw or scribble on Outlook emails?

Outlook for Microsoft 365 allows you to draw and write with ink when you create or reply to an email message. Before you do it, please click New Email or Reply to see if there is a Draw tab in the ribbon. If not, please follow the first instruction listed in this article to add it to your Outlook ribbon. If you already have the Draw tab, please jump to the following instructions.

Note: For users of Outlook versions other than Microsoft 365, the Draw tab may not be available. However, you could try to highlight selected text within the body of an email message.

Add Draw tab to Message ribbon in Outlook

1. Click New Email to open a Message window.

2. In the pop-up Message window, click File > Option to open Outlook Options.

3. Switch to Customize Ribbon tab, in the Main Tabs group on the right side of the window, tick the box next to Draw.

4. Click OK. Now you are good to draw on a canvas or over a picture.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please confirm if you are a Microsoft 365 subscriber? This feature are limited to Microsoft 365 subscribers as far as I know for now.
