Easily insert and manage bookmarks in an Outlook email
Kutools for Outlook
Kutools for Outlook’s Bookmark pane feature can list all bookmarks of the current composing email in the Kutools pane, and enable users to easily add/rename/delete bookmarks as well.

Insert bookmarks in the current composing email
Kutools for Outlook’s Bookmark feature can help you quickly insert a new bookmark in the current composing email.
1. In the composing email window, click Kutools > Pane > Bookmark to enable the Bookmark pane.
2. Put the cursor where you will add a bookmark, and then click the Insert button 
in the Bookmark Pane. See screenshot:
3. In the Insert bookmark dialog box, please enter a name for the new bookmark, and click the OK button. See screenshot:
Now a new bookmark is added in the current composing email.
Rename bookmarks in the current composing email
To rename an existing bookmark in the current composing email, you can do as follows:
1. In the composing email window, click Kutools > Pane > Bookmark to enable the Bookmark pane.
2. In the Bookmark Pane, click to highlight the specified bookmark you will rename, and then click the Rename button

3. In the popping out Rename bookmark dialog box, please type a new name, and click the OK button. See screenshot:
Now the specified bookmark is renamed.
Delete bookmarks in the current composing email
To delete existing bookmarks from the current composing email, please do as follows:
1. In the composing email window, click Kutools > Pane > Bookmark to enable the Bookmark pane.
2. In the Bookmark Pane, please click the Delete button 
next to the specified bookmark you will remove, and click the OK button in the popping out Kutools for Outlook dialog box. See screenshot:
Now the specified bookmark is removed.
Tip: The bookmark name can only contain Chinese characters, letters, numbers, and underline, but can’t start with numbers or underline.
