Quickly print email message without header in Outlook

To exclude the headers when printing a message, please do as follows:

Select the message that you want to print, and click Kutools Plus > Advanced Print.
In the Advanced Print dialog box, uncheck the Item header option and only check Item body.
Click the Print button to open the Print dialog, specify the printer, and click the Print button to start printing the email.

Quickly print email message with BCC field in Outlook

Sometimes, you may want to print an email with the BCC field included. With the Advanced Print feature of Kutools for Outlook, this task can be completed quickly and easily.

Select the message that you want to print with the BCC field, and click Kutools Plus > Advanced Print.
In the Advanced Print dialog, check the Item header, Include Bcc, and Item body options. You can preview the print layout by clicking the Preview button.
Click the Print button to print the email, and the BCC field will be included in the printed message.

Quickly shrink email message to fit one page when printing

If you want to save paper by shrinking an email message to fit on one page, the powerful Advanced Print utility also can help you achieve this.

Select the message that you want to shrink for printing, and click Kutools Plus > Advanced Print.
In the Advanced Print dialog box, check the options you need under the Print Content box, and then click the Preview button to go to the Print Preview window. From the drop-down list, choose the Shrink To Fit option or any zooming options as needed.
The message body will be shrunk to fit the pages. Then click the Print button to print it.

Note: In the Print Preview window, you can also set other options as needed, such as specifying the page orientation, adding the page number, and including the current date in the header and footer.
