Typically, printing an email in Outlook by clicking File > Print will include all its contents. This can waste paper and time, especially if the email contains long, unnecessary parts. - Select the email you want to print, then highlight the specific part of the content you wish to print.
- Click Kutools Plus > Print Selection.
- In the Print Selection dialog, specify the printing content in the Print Content section, and click the Print button.
Note: you can also click Preview to preview the paper layout, specify the page setting and other settings as you need, and finally click the Print button.
- In the opening Print dialog, please select a printer in the Select Printer section, and click the Print button.
Note: This function does not support printing multiple selections of an email at one time.
