Typically, printing an email in Outlook by clicking File > Print will include all its contents. This can waste paper and time, especially if the email contains long, unnecessary parts. Select the email you want to print, then highlight the specific part of the content you wish to print.
Click Kutools Plus > Print > Print Selection.
In the Print Selection dialog, specify the printing content in the Print Content section, and click the Print button.
Note: you can also click Preview to preview the paper layout, specify the page setting and other settings as you need, and finally click the Print button.
In the opening Print dialog, please select a printer in the Select Printer section, and click the Print button.

Note: This function does not support printing multiple selections of an email at one time.
