Quickly remove/exclude my addresses from Reply All in Outlook
Kutools for Outlook
In Outlook, when you click Reply All to respond to a message, the email is sent to all recipients listed in the original message. This can include your own email address if it was part of the recipients. Additionally, when creating a new message or setting up a meeting, your email addresses might be included accidently.
To quickly remove all your logged-in email accounts from the To, Cc, and Bcc fields, use Kutools for Outlook’s My Names utility. This tool ensures your own email addresses are excluded in any scenario.

Remove my addresses from To/Cc/Bcc fields in Outlook
To remove or exclude your own email addresses from the Reply All recipients in Outlook, click Kutools > My Names.
Tip: The email addresses in red, which are accounts I added in my Outlook, will then be removed.
Notes:
- Ensure you are in the Message window to access this option. If you're not, click Pop Out in the upper-right corner of the Reading Pane.
- This utility can also be used to remove your own email addresses when composing a new email, or creating a new meeting invitation.
- My names are the specified email account addresses you have added in your Outlook. You can view them by File > Info > Account Settings > Account Settings, and then enable the Email tab in the popping out Account Settings dialog.
