Quickly remove emails stuck in Outlook’s Outbox

Sometimes, an email will be stuck in Outlook’s Outbox if it is too large to send or for other reasons. For deleting the stuck emails, you may need to make Outlook work offline and then manually delete them or use other methods as you know. Please do as follows to remove all stuck emails in Outlook’s Outbox.

1. Open the Outbox that you will remove the stuck emails from, then click Kutools Plus > Delete > Stuck Messages. See screenshot shown.

2. In the popping up Kutools for Outlook dialog box, click the OK button.

3. Restart your Outlook. Then all stuck emails in the Outbox are deleted successfully as below screenshot shown.
