In Outlook, the Reply All button is located next to the Reply button, which may lead to accidentally clicking Reply All instead of Reply at times. However, if you send confidential information to the wrong recipients due to accidentally clicking Reply All, it can result in significant trouble. To set a warning or confirmation when applying Reply All feature, you just need to check an option in the Kutools for Outlook’s Options.

1. Latch Outlook, click Kutools > Options. See screenshot:

2. In the Options dialog, click Reply tab, then check one or both of When the message has multiple recipients, please remind me when clicking on the "Reply All" feature or When the message has multiple recipients, please remind me when clicking on the "Reply" feature checkboxes as you need. 3. Click OK, from now on, when you click Reply All or Reply button, a warning prompt window pops out to remind you to confirm. See screenshot:

In the Reply warning dialog, click Reply All to reply to all, click Reply to only reply to the sender.

Tip: To disable the Reply warning, just go to Kutools > Options, uncheck the checkbox as you need.
