Sometimes, you may set a reply to address for using another account to receive the email replies. If you want to search all emails whose reply to address is the selected message sender, it may be difficult for you to solve this job in Outlook. But, here, I will recommend a useful feature – (Search) Reply To Current Sender of Kutools for Outlook, with this feature, you can search all the corresponding emails with only one click.

For searching the emails whose reply to is the selected message sender, please do as this:
1. Select the message that you want to search emails based on its reply to address, and then click Kutools > Search > Reply To Current Sender, see screenshot:
2. And the sender address of the selected email will be automatically inserted into the Search field. Then all the emails whose reply to address is the selected message sender have been listed immediately.
Note: You can also right click the email and then click Find Related (Kutools) > By sender > Reply To Current Sender for searching the corresponding emails.
