Quickly select non-heading paragraphs in Word
Kutools for Word
With Select Non-heading Paragraphs utility of Kutools for Word, you can quickly select all non-heading paragraphs from current document with one click.
Select all non-heading paragraphs in the whole document.
Select all non-heading paragraphs from a selection of the current documents.
Click Kutools > Paragraphs > Select Non-heading Paragraphs. See screenshot:

Supposing there are headings in your word document and you only want to select all non-heading paragraphs in this document, you can quickly get it done as follows:
1. Click Kutools > Paragraphs > Select Non-heading Paragraphs.
2. A Kutools for Word dialog box pops up to tell you how many non-heading paragraphs are selected in current document. Click OK to close it.
Then all non-heading paragraphs are selected in current document. See below screenshots.

1. Select a part of the document and click Kutools > Paragraphs > Select Non-heading Paragraphs.
2. A Kutools for Word dialog box pops up to tell you how many non-heading paragraphs are selected. Click OK to close it.
Then non-heading paragraphs in selected range are selected at once. See screenshots:
