New Feature
Merge Folders into Data File
With this handy utility, you can quickly merge multiple selected folders from one or multiple email accounts into a specific data file. You can also set a specific time range for processing items. See screenshot:
Improvements
1. Duplicate Contacts
Supports deleting or merging duplicate contact groups.
2. Reply with Attachments
Supports replying with attachments directly from the Reading Pane.
3. Zoom
Supports changing the default text zoom in the Reading Pane (works in Outlook 2016 and earlier versions).
Also supports changing the default text zoom when opening the previous or next items in the email window.
Fixed
1. Fixed: Compatibility issue when both the “Add greeting when replying” and “Add date signature when creating, replying to, or forwarding emails” functions are enabled simultaneously with the “Fixed Reply Formatting” feature.
2. Fixed: Inbox messages are now correctly classified when merging inboxes.
3. Fixed: The interface of Automatic group functions now displays completely at various Windows zoom levels.
4. Fixed: Editing of rules in the Auto CC/BCC and Auto Forward features is now supported.
5. Fixed: Folder data is now correctly read when generating statistics for Outlook items.
6. Fixed: Errors caused by an unstable network when analyzing message headers have been resolved.
7. Fixed: Errors caused by deleting rules in the Auto CC/BCC Manager, Auto Forward Manager, or Junk Email Filter Manager have been resolved.
8. Fixed: When auto-forwarding an email to multiple recipients, each recipient now receives the email only once rather than as a bulk send.
9. Fixed: Prevented endless looping when creating an auto-forward email rule to your own account.
10. Fixed: Other minor bugs.
