New Features

Count Selected Items

This utility not only counts the total number of selected items but also displays the number of read and unread items.

Remind Me When I Send a Message That’s Missing Attachments

With this utility, you can create your own keywords to trigger a missing attachment warning. When sending an email that includes your keywords in the subject or body without an attachment, a warning dialog will pop up.

Restore All Detached Attachments

This utility restores all attachments back to their original emails after they’ve been detached using the Detach All Attachments feature.

Save All Attachments

Save attachments from a single email or multiple emails to a specific folder. Also supports filtering by extension.

Select the Greetings

Choose a greeting that will be inserted automatically into the body of a reply email.

Only Detach Attachments with Certain Extensions

Detach only attachments with specified extensions (e.g., .txt, .docx) from selected emails.

Attachment Icon Remains in the Emails

Keep the attachment icon visible in emails even after all attachments are detached.

Auto Detach Attachments

Automatically detach attachments when emails arrive:
1. Save all incoming attachments to a specific folder.

2. Set up rules to save attachments from specific senders to different folders.

Advanced Search

Search and filter items (emails, contacts, tasks, etc.) using multiple criteria. Save criteria groups as reusable scenarios.

Improvements

1. Show Hint Dialog

Enable or disable hint dialogs for selected features.

2. AutoText

Right-click menu added to the AutoText entry section for better usability.
