Use the Default Account to Forward Messages

Forward all messages using the default account you specified in Outlook.

Fixed Forward Formatting

Always forward emails in your preferred format: Default, HTML, Plain Text, or RTF.

Copy Attachment Names

Quickly copy filenames of one or all attachments to the clipboard.

Improvements

1. Rule Manager Window Enhancements

Added examples for Auto CC/BCC, Auto Forward, and Junk Email rules.

2. Treat Empty Subject Emails as Spam

Optionally block emails with empty subjects instead of blocking by default.

3. Attachment Tools

Attachment Manager – Search attachments by name, subject, size, date, or sender.

Rename All Attachments – Rename before sending.

Save All Attachments – Manually and automatically save with conditions.

Compress All Attachments – Manual and auto-compression with rule support.

Detach All Attachments – Manual and auto-detach based on rules.

4. Bulk Reply

Reply to senders or all recipients. Move replied emails automatically.

5. Optional Date Time Format

Select from many new date and time formats.

• Skip currently loading accounts
