New Features
1. Show Message Info
Displays specified header information directly in the Outlook message window.
Tip: Click the button to select the header information you want to show.2. Reply / Reply All without History
Reply without History: Reply to the sender without including the original message.
Reply All without History: Reply to all without including the original message.
3. Insert History Message
Bring back the original message text into a reply created without history.
4. Setup Replies To
Set a specific reply-to address for all or specific accounts and emails.
- Set reply-to addresses in bulk
- Disable per-account or per-email reply-to
5. Send Separately
Send the same email to multiple recipients with personalized greetings, without showing others' addresses.
6. Search Emails by Recipients
Search emails by recipient criteria:
- Emails containing the recipient
- Emails from the recipient
- Emails sent to the recipient
- Emails with recipient’s domain
Improvements
1. Auto CC/BCC, Auto Forward, Junk Emails
- Interface updated to a wizard pattern
- More filter conditions added
2. Logs
- Displays failed records due to inclusion/exclusion rule conflicts
- Right-click options added for logs
- Clear logs by time/date range
- Improved display speed
3. Options > New
Now displays a sample of the date-time format in the New tab.
4. Options > Reply
- Greeting now available for replies and forwards
- New BCC reply warning option
5. Delete Duplicate Emails/Contacts/Tasks
Select specific data files when processing duplicates.
Fixed
- Fixed: Can't paste or navigate using arrow keys when replying/forwarding in Outlook 2010+
- Fixed: Empty template created if name included "&" when using Bulk Reply
- Fixed: Other minor bugs
