Kutools for Outlook 15.00 – Release Notes

New Features

1. Schedule Auto Send

Create recurring emails easily with flexible intervals. Enable or disable schedules from a central dialog.

2. Search Emails by Reply To

• Reply To Current Sender: Search emails where the sender is the reply-to address.
• Reply To Current Recipient: Search where recipient is reply-to.
• Message Contains Reply To Address: Finds emails containing reply-to address.
• From Current Reply To: Search emails from the reply-to address.
• To Current Reply To: Emails sent to the reply-to address.
• Current Reply To Domain: Emails with domain of reply-to.
• By Reply To: All emails using the reply-to address.

Improvements

1. Remove Subject Prefix

Now remembers last used folder and custom prefix.

2. Advanced Search

• New criterion: “Have Replies Sent To”
• Supports extracting header info via "Get Selected Text"

3. Junk Email Filter

Improved UI, filtering, and logic.

4. Bulk Reply / Forward

Now shows failed items in a prompt dialog.

5. Kutools Logs

Added logs for Schedule Auto Send, Bulk Reply, and Bulk Forward.

6. Delete Duplicate Emails

• By Folder: IMAP & Exchange now supported
• By Files: File loading issue fixed in Step 5
• Multiple Emails: Entire conversation processed if any message selected

7. Show Message Info

New filtering field added. Junk filter now explains unblocked headers.

8–10. Other Improvements

• Only one Kutools Manager instance, runs with highest user permissions
• Installer now combines 32-bit & 64-bit versions
• Other minor enhancements
