Kutools for Outlook 16.00 – Release Notes

Improvements

1. Quick Report

Added Quick Report Settings that support customizing email or task fields when generating a quick report.

2. Bulk Reply

• Reply button replaced with Ok; Close button replaced with Cancel in the template window.
• Removed “Open reply template before sending” and “Reply All” from the settings.
• Added a dedicated Reply All button in the template window.

3. Auto CC/BCC, Auto Forward, and Junk Emails

• New checkbox to enable all rules.
• Multi-select with Shift or Ctrl for copying/deleting rules.
• Right-click menu support for rule actions.
• Display part of rule info when no remark is entered.

4. Schedule AutoSend / Auto Save / Auto Detach / Auto Compress

• Added checkbox to enable all rules.
• Multi-select support for batch operations.
• Right-click menu added to delete rules.

5. Add (Kutools) as a Suffix in the Right-Click Menu

• Renamed feature window to “Add Recipients and Senders to Contact Groups.”
• Label “Recipients” changed to “People.”
