Kutools for Outlook 29.00 is now available!

This update brings interface refinements, enhanced duplicate management, workflow improvements, and important bug fixes to make your Outlook experience smoother and more efficient.

Improvements

Ribbon Interface Optimization

The Ribbon layout has been refined across multiple Outlook interfaces for better consistency and usability:

• Main preview window
• Main compose window
• Pop-up reading window
• Pop-up compose window

These adjustments provide a cleaner and more intuitive experience.

Reply Selection Now Available in Main Interface

The Reply Selection feature has been added to:

• Kutools Tab → Messages Group → More Actions

You can now reply using selected content directly from emails chosen in the main interface, making response workflows faster and more flexible.

Save Selected Emails as PDF or Other Formats (Enhanced Access)

The Save the Selected Emails as PDF or Other Formats feature is now available directly within the email reading window.

You can perform export operations while viewing an email, without returning to the main interface.

Template Feature Now Supports Shortcut Key

The Template pane can now be quickly opened or closed using:

• Ctrl + Alt + T

This provides faster access for users who frequently insert templates.

Remove Duplicate Emails – Expanded Behavior

When using Remove Duplicate Emails from the Current Folder or Selected Emails:

• If no emails are selected, the feature will automatically process all emails in the current folder.

This makes the function more intuitive and reduces unnecessary prompts.

Scan and Remove Duplicate Emails from Multiple Folders

• Improved system prompts for clearer guidance during operation.

Advanced Scan and Remove Duplicate Emails – Enhanced Criteria

This feature has been significantly upgraded:

• Added duplicate comparison conditions:
  • Recipient Name
  • Recipient Email Address
• New option:
  • Keep the email with the most recipients
• Supports previewing duplicate emails before removal

These improvements provide more accurate duplicate detection and greater control over results.

Statistics Feature Enhancement

The Statistics feature now allows you to select and copy statistical data directly from the results summary interface for easier reporting and analysis.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where adding senders and multiple recipients from selected emails to Contacts could cause errors when adding to an account.
• Fixed a freezing issue when merging duplicate contacts.
• Resolved several other minor bugs to improve stability and performance.
