Kutools for Outlook 9.50 – Release Notes

New Features

1. By Sender

With this utility, you can search for emails based on the sender’s email address in the selected email with just a few clicks:
1.1 Search for emails that contain the sender;
1.2 Search for emails from the sender;
1.3 Search for emails sent to the sender. See screenshot:

2. Duplicate Contacts

2.1 Supports one-click or step-by-step operations;

If you have already configured options for merging or deleting duplicate contacts, the “Delete/Merge Duplicate Contacts Directly” function will execute using your previous settings without requiring reconfiguration. See screenshot:

2.2 Determine the search priority in folders. You can rearrange the order of contact folders to change their search priority among all selected folders. See screenshot:

2.3 Supports finding duplicate contacts within the same folder or across multiple folders;

2.4 Supports permanently deleting all duplicate contacts, or moving duplicate contacts (either excluding or including the first instance) to a specified Outlook folder as needed. See screenshot:

2.5 Lists all contacts or only the duplicate contacts in the results, as needed.

3. Duplicate Emails

3.1 Removes duplicate emails from the selected emails;

3.2 Removes duplicate emails from selected folders;
3.3 Removes duplicate emails either within the same folder or across folders;
3.4 Supports removing duplicate emails with one-click or through a step-by-step process.

Improvements

1. Auto Text: Imports default AutoText entries during installation.
2. Print Selection: Now supports printing pictures.
3. Duplicate Contacts:
  3.1 Users can now choose to back up duplicate contacts, with the option to modify the backup name.
  3.2 The result information from deleting or merging duplicate contacts can be displayed using Default, Custom, or Selected Fields, as needed. See screenshot:

4. Restores the warning for the “Reply All” option.
5. Restores the “Include Myself” option when replying to all.

6. Restores the Skip Auto CC/BCC option.

Fixed

1. Fixed bugs occurring when applying Auto CC/BCC.
2. Fixed inaccurate counting of total contacts, duplicate contacts, and successfully added contacts when adding contacts from multiple emails.
3. Fixed other minor bugs.
