As below screenshot, you want to sum numbers in A2 and B2 then multiply the result by 20%, please do as follows to quickly get it down.

1. Select a blank cell (C2 in this case), enter formula =SUM(A2,B2)*0.2 or =(A2+B2)*0.2 into the Formula Bar and then press the Enter key.

2. Drag the Fill Handle down to apply the formula to other cells.
