Export RSS Feeds from Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Outlook allows you to export RSS Feeds as a .opml file, which enables you to share it with others, or copy it at ease.
Step 1: Open the Import and Export dialog box:
click File > Open & Export > Import / Export.
Step 2: In the Import and Export Wizard dialog box, please select and highlight the Export RSS Feeds to an OPML file, and click the Next button.
Step 3: In the Export to an OPML file dialog box, click the Select All button to select all RSS Feeds, and then click the Next button.
Step 4: In the Export to an OPML file dialog box, click the Browse button.
Step 5: In the OPML File dialog box,
- Open the folder where you will save the OPML file of exported RSS Feeds.
- Type a name for the exported RSS Feeds in the File name: box.
- Click the Save button.
Step 6: Click the Next button.
Then you will find out an .opml file in the specified folder you opened in Step 5.
Import RSS Feeds into Microsoft Outlook
This section will walk you through importing RSS Feeds of a .opml file into Microsoft Outlook. Please do it as follows:
Step 1: Open the Import and Export dialog box:
click File > Open & Export > Import / Export.
Step 2: In the Import and Export Wizard dialog box, select the Import RSS Feeds from an OPML file, and then click the Next button.
Step 3: In the Import an OPML file dialog box, click the Browse button.
Step 4: In the OPML File dialog box, first find out and select a .opml file, and then click the Open button.
Step 5: Click the Next button in the Import an OPML file dialog box.
Step 6: Then in the new Import an OPML file dialog box, click the Select All button to select all of the RSS Feeds to import, and then click the Next button.
Step 7: Click the Finish button.
Then all selected RSS Feeds are imported into Microsoft Outlook in a minute.
