How to check who accepted meeting invite in Outlook?

After sending a meeting request in Outlook, as a meeting organizer, you may need to check who accepted and declined the invitation at a certain time. Check who accepted meeting invite in Outlook 2021 and later versions

If you are using Outlook 2021 or Outlook 365, to see responses to the meeting you created, please do as follows:

1. In the Calendar view, find the meeting you want to check on its attendee status, then double-click it. Note: To view all your meetings and events with ease, you can click Change View under the tab View, then select List on the drop-down list.

2. In the pop-up Meeting window, go to the Tracking tab. Now you can see a meeting attendance list. In the Response column, you are able to check if the people you invited accepted, declined, or did not respond to (None) the meeting invitation.


Check who accepted meeting invite in Outlook 2019 and earlier versions

For the users of Outlook 2019 and earlier versions, to see the attendee status, please do as follows:

1. In the Calendar view, find the meeting you want to check, then double-click it. Note: To view all your meetings and events with ease, you can click Change View under the tab View, then select List on the drop-down list.

Want the list of DECLINED peoples email id's on STATUS LIST

Hi there,

There is no option to adjust the status list in the current Outlook versions. Therefore, you cannot have a list of only DECLINED people's email id. To get ACCEPTED or DECLINED people's email id, you will have to hover the mouse pointer on their names.
