How to print document without comments or markup in Word
When printing a Word document, comments and markup are included by default, as shown below. If you want to print without them, this guide will show you how to do that.
Print without all markup and comments
Print without all markup and comments
If you want to print the document without any markup or comments, follow these steps:
- Click "File" > "Print".
- Under the "Settings" section, click "Print All Pages", then uncheck "Print Markup".
Print without only comments
If you want to hide only the comments while printing and keep the other markup, follow these steps:
- Click "Review" > "Show Markup" > uncheck "Comments".
- Now print your document. It will exclude the comments but retain other markup.
Note: After printing, you can show the comments again by going to the same "Show Markup" menu and checking "Comments".
