How to copy specified cell formatting from one cell to other cells in Excel?

1. Select a cell that has the formatting that you want to copy.
2. If you only want to copy the cell formatting to a single cell or range of cells, click

If you want to copy the cell formatting to multiple cells or ranges, double-click , and move the cursor across each range that you want to format one by one. Click again to cancel the Format Painter when you are done.
