How to find and locate named ranges in Excel?
We may have created many named ranges in a workbook before. Sometimes, you need to find and locate named ranges for applying formulas or for other purposes. This article will introduce several ways to find, locate and highlight named ranges in Excel quickly.

Find and locate a named range from Name box in Formula bar
If you need to find and locate a certain named range in active workbook, you can click the arrow in the Name box in Formula bar, and select the certain named range from the drop down list.
And then the certain named range is found and located as below screenshot shown:

If you have Kutools for Excel installed, you can switch to the Name manager pane with clicking the button in the Navigation Pane, and then click the certain named range to find and locate it. See below screenshot:

Note: By default the Navigation Pane opens in the left of worksheets when you first installing Kutools for Excel. If you can’t view it, please turn on it by clicking Kutools > Navigation.

Automatically find and highlight all named ranges with Kutools for Excel

Click Enterprise > Worksheet Design to enable the Design tab, and then click the Highlight Names button on the Design tab. See screenshot:
Now all named ranges in active workbook are highlighted at once.
Note: This method is conditional formatting. If you create a new named range later, this new named range will be highlighted automatically too.
