After installing Kutools for Excel, please do as follows:

1. Select the cell values that you want to create folders based on.

2. Then click Kutools Plus > Import & Export > Create Folders from Cell Contents, see screenshot:

3. In the Create Folders from Cell Contents dialog box, please click Button to select a directory for creating folders button to select a directory to put the created folders, see screenshot:

4. Then click Ok button, all folders have been created based on the cell values into the specified directory, see screenshot:

With the Create Folders from Cell Contents utility, you can also create both folders and subfolders based on the cell contents.

First, you need to type the cell contents into the cells separated by the slash sign which you need to create the folders and subfolders based on, see the following screenshot shown:

Then you can apply the Create Folders form Cell Contents feature to create the folders and subfolders.

1. Select the cell values that you want to create folders and subfolders based on.

2. Then click Kutools Plus > Import & Export > Create Folders from Cell Contents to open the Create Folders from Cell Contents dialog box.

3. In the dialog box, click Button to select a directory for creating folders button to select a directory to put the created folders and subfolders, see screenshot:

4. Then click Ok button, the folders and subfolders have been created at once based on the cell values, see screenshot:
