How to see all named ranges in Excel?
If a workbook has several named ranges, and you want to view these named ranges except opening the Name Manager dialog, how can you do? Here, I introduce some tricks to list or highlight the named ranges for you to easily see in Excel.

There is a utility in Excel can copy and paste all named ranges in cells.
1. Select a cell which you will place the named ranges at, and click Formulas > Use in Formula > Paste Names. See screenshot:
2. Then in the Paste Name dialog, click Paste List. See screenshot:
Now the named ranges of the workbook have been listed in the cells.
List and edit named range in Navigation Pane
If you have Kutools for Excel, you can apply the Navigation Pane to see all named ranges, and edit them as you want.
After installing Kutools for Excel, please do as below:(Free Download Kutools for Excel Now!)
Click Kutools > Navigation > Name manager to display all named ranges in the pane. See screenshot:
(1) In this pane, you can filter the named range by using Filter.
(2) You can add, remove, refresh, or edit the named ranges as you need.
Highlight all named ranges in the active sheet
With Kutools for Excel’s Highlight Names utility, all named ranges in the active sheet will be highlighted in a background color.
After installing Kutools for Excel, please do as below:(Free Download Kutools for Excel Now!)
1. Click Kutools Plus > Worksheet Design to enable the Design tab. See screenshot:
2. Then go to Design tab, and click Highlight Names to highlight the named ranges in active sheet.
