How to rank data in reverse order in Excel?
Generally, when you rank data by the formula =Rank(cell, range) in Excel, the biggest one will be ranked as No.1, and the smallest one will be the last one. Have you ever imaged to rank data in a reverse order as below screenshot shown?

To solve this job is very easy, you just need to add 1 into the end of the general Rank formula.
Select a blank cell which you will place the ranking, type this formula =RANK(B2,$B$2:$B$10,1), and then drag fill handle over the cells you use this formula to rank. See screenshot:
