Enter this formula: =ArrayFormula( CONCATENATE( A2:D2 & CHAR(10) ) ) into a blank cell where you want to output the result, and then press Enter key to get the first combined result, then drag the fill handle down to the cells that you want to fill with this formula, see screenshot:

1. Select the range of cells that you want to concatenate with line break, and then click Kutools > Merge & Split > Combine Rows, Columns or Cells without Losing Data, see screenshot:
2. In the Combine Columns or Rows dialog box, do the following operations:
(1.) Select the combine type under the To combine selected cells according to following options, in this example, I will select Combine columns option;
(2.) Then specify a separator to separate the combined cells, here, I select New line;
(3.) In the Place the results to section, choose one operation where you want to put the combined result;
(4.) Select the options that you want to deal with the combined cells, you can keep or delete contents from those combined cells, and you can also merge those combined cells. See screenshot:
3. Then click Ok button to close this dialog, and all the selected cells have been combined based on columns with line break, see screenshot:
