The following VBA code can help you to insert an image into all worksheets with ease, please do as this:
1. Hold down the ALT + F11 keys to open the Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications window.
2. Click Insert > Module, and paste the following code in the Module Window.
VBA code: Insert the same picture into all worksheets:

Dim xPath As String
Dim xShape As Shape
Dim xRg As Range
xPath = "C:\Users\DT168\Desktop\pic\logo.png"
If Dir(xPath) = "" Then

For I = 1 To ActiveWorkbook.Sheets.Count
Set xRg = Sheets(I).Range("A1")

Note: In the above code, C:\Users\DT168\Desktop\pic\logo.png is the path and name of your picture, and A1 in Range("A1") is the cell where you want to insert the picture, please change them to your own.
3. Then press F5 key to run this code, and then the specific picture has been inserted into every cell A1 of all worksheet at once. See screenshot:
Note: The inserted picture will be adjusted to fit the cell size.
