If you have a list of numbers as below screenshot shown, now you want to convert the commas (the thousands separator ) to decimal points, and the decimal points (decimal separator) to commas, you can use the Option function.
1. Click File > Options.
2. In the Excel Options dialog, click Advanced from the left pane. Then, in the right section under the Editing options group, uncheck Use system separators, type a comma into the Decimal separator box to replace the decimal point, and type a decimal point into the Thousand separator box to replace the comma.

3. Click OK.
