This doesn't work. Look at "Henrry" - it doesn't count the second instance as a duplicate, only the last instance.

Hi, CB, the formula provided in this tutorial is used to find the duplicate values which are appeared at first time, the second instance cannot marked. If you want to mark all duplicates, please visit this tutorial How to find duplicates without removing them in Excel?
