Navigate to specific cells with the Go To utility in Excel
The Go To command allows you to jump to any specific cell or cell range, provided you know the position of the cell or range. To use this command:
1. Open the Go To dialog box by clicking Find & Select > Go To in the Editing group under the Home tab. You can also press the F5 key to open this dialog box directly. See screenshot:
2. Enter the exact cell position in the Reference field. This can be a single cell address such as C13, or a cell range like $C$143:$F$161.
3. After clicking OK, Excel will navigate to the specific cell or cell ranges.
If you have named cell ranges in the current workbook, the names will be listed in the Go To dialog box. Select one of the names and click OK, and it will navigate to the named cell range.

The Navigation Pane utility provided by Kutools for Excel offers a streamlined way to navigate through your workbook without needing to recall the exact cell positions or the names of defined ranges. Navigate to specific cells with names
By using names, you can make formulas easier to understand and more readable. Additionally, names can help you jump immediately to the named cell range if you remember the names you defined.
Enter the exact name in the Name box on the Formula Bar, and press the Enter key. Excel will then locate the corresponding named cell range.
