All tools and features have been redesigned in two tabs:

Kutools Tab:

1. View group: Tools and features about visibility operation in Excel have been grouped in View group.

2. Range and Cells group: Tools and features can be applied to a range and multiple cells in Excel that is located at Range and Cells group.

3. Editing group: Tools and features about selecting content, deleting content, inserting content, removing text and special characters or formatting content are located at Editing group.

4. Formula group: Tools and features about applying operations in formulas are located at Formula group.

Enterprise Tab:

1. Workbook and Sheets group: Tools and features about applying operations in workbooks or worksheets are located at Workbook and Sheets group.

2. Security group: Tools and features about operations for encoding or decoding cells and protecting or unprotecting worksheets are located at Security group.

3. Filter & Statistic group: Tools and features about filtering and statistic operations are located at Filter & Statistic group.

Bugs have been fixed in this version:

Navigation Pane: In previous version, the Navigation Pane will crash the Excel under some rare circumstances. In the new version, it won’t crash any more.

Merge Workbook: In previous version, after merging multiple workbooks into one Excel file with Merge Workbook feature, you cannot save the merged files in Excel in some cases. But this problem has been completely fixed in the new version.

New tools and feature in this version:

1. Input Helper:

Highlighting the row and column of the activated cell that will make it easily type content in the cell or view the data. See screenshot:

2. Show Columns:

It’s easy to show all hidden columns with one click.

3. Show Worksheets:

It’s easy to show all hidden worksheets with one click.

4. Date Format Converter:

Quickly convert common short date string, long date string and various date formatting into your local date and time formatting.

5. Cell Encode:

Quickly apply password to encode the selected cells.

6. Cell Decode:

Quickly apply password to decode the encoded cells in a range.

7. Supper Filter:

Easily customize multiple conditions for filtering data in Excel.

8. Delete Rows & Columns:

Quickly delete blank, hidden or unhidden rows / Columns from a range, an entire worksheet, the selected worksheets or the whole workbook.

9. Reverse Text Order:

Reverse text string order in cells.

10. Insert Workbook Information:

Inserting worksheet or workbook name, workbook path or workbook path & name in header, footer or cells.

11. Spell Out Numbers:

Spell out numbers into English or Chinese words in Excel. For example, it can spell our 12.75 into “Twelve dollars and seventy five cents” in Excel.

12. Split Data:

Split a range data into multiple worksheets in current workbook according to specific basis.

13. Copy Cell Formatting:

With this tool, you can quickly copy specific cell formatting and apply it to a range cell in Excel.

14. Export Graphics:

You can export charts, pictures and shapes from Excel with this tool.

15. Find & Break Broken Links:

It can list all links (external reference) of active worksheet and break all broken links by replacing it with appreciate value in Excel.

16. Convert Hyperlinks:

With this tool, you can quickly convert text (URL) into hyperlinks, apply multiple hyperlink addresses to cell content (text) and convert multiple hyperlink address into text in Excel.

17. Select Merged Cells:

It can quickly select the merged cells from a range in Excel.

18. Merge Same Cells:

Merge adjacent cells that contain the same value in a column with one click. Please select the column that you want to merge same cells first.

19. Unmerge Cells:

This tool can quickly unmerge the merged cells in a range with one click, and fill each unmerged cell with content of merged cell.

20. Insert Titles Rows:

Quickly insert title row in a column.

21. Prevent Duplicate Entries:

This tool can prevent entering duplicate data in a single column with one click.

22. Round without Formula:

With this tool, you can easily round, round up, round down numbers in a range, and make the actual value of cells as displayed value.

23. Protect Worksheets:

Quickly protect multiple worksheets with same password.

24. Unprotect Worksheets:

If there are multiple worksheets have been protected by using the same password, it can unprotect all protected worksheets with the password.

25. Count by Color:

This tool will calculate the cells based on cell background color in a range and generate a report with information, such as how many cells that have the same background color, the average value, the max value and the min value of same background color.

26. Count by Page:

Insert a row into each printed page for analyzing and calculate each column, such as sum value, count value, average value, max value, min value, product and count numbers of each column.

27. Import Picture:

Import multiple pictures from same directory in worksheet, and rearrange the imported pictures in order.

28. Print Current Page:

This tool arrows you to quickly print the printed page which the active cell locates at with one click.

29. Print Multiple Columns:

With this tool, you can quickly print columns in multiple segments to fit on one printed page in Excel. Let’s say you have a column with 200 names and you want to print 4 columns with each column containing 50 names on one printed page.

30. Change Comment Shape:

Quickly change the shape of all comments in Excel.

Tools and features have been improved in this version:

1. Delete Characters:

Add custom option. You can type in the characters or special characters that you want to delete in the range.

2. Copy Multiple Ranges:

It’s available to copy the row height and column width.
