Modern Tab Bar Style (Office Tab only)

Office Tab 18.00 introduces the Modern Tab Bar—a sleek, contemporary tab style for standard Office Tab users. It offers a cleaner layout, an updated color scheme, and a more streamlined document-navigation experience.

  • Tip: Switch between the classic and Modern tab styles at any time to customize your workspace.

  • Note: The Modern Tab Bar is supported only on Windows 10 or later; Windows 7 and 8 users will continue to see the classic style.

🔧 Enhancements

  • Improved application stability and reduced system crashes
  • Resolved compatibility issues with Microsoft 365 Word (Build 202502)

⚙️ System & Compatibility Notes

  1. Windows XP is no longer supported.
    As of Office Tab 18.00, the minimum supported OS is Windows 7. We recommend upgrading any legacy systems for better performance and security.
  2. Modern Tab Bar requires Windows 10 or later.
    This new style relies on advanced UI technologies available only in Windows 10 and above.

🔁 Version Naming Updates

  1. Office Tab Enterprise is now Office Tab Pro.
  2. Existing download links for the Enterprise version remain valid—no action is required, and all features and update mechanisms are unchanged.
