1. Select the print area in one of the worksheet, and then click Page Layout > Print Area > Set Print Area. See screenshot:

2. Click Kutools Plus > Printing > Copy Page Setup.

3. In the Copy Page Setup dialog, check the worksheets you want to set print area at the meanwhile, then click Sheet tab, and check Print area only in the Page setup section. See screenshot:

4. Then click Ok to close the dialog, and click Yes in the coming Kutools for Excel warning dialog box, then the checked worksheets are set with same print areas at once.

Set same print area to multiple worksheets with VBA

If you are interested in VBA, you can try the following VBA.

1. Select a range you want to set as print area in one of worksheets and press Alt + F11 keys to open the Microsoft Visual Basic For Applications window.

2. Click Module > Insert to insert a Module window, and copy the below VBA into the window.

VBA: Set print area in the whole workbook.

Set WorkRng = Application.Selection
For Each xWs In Application.ActiveWorkbook.Worksheets

3. Click Run button to run the VBA, and then all the worksheets in the workbook will be set with the same print areas.

Tip:

If you want to set print area in selected worksheets, you can do as follow:

1. Select a range you want to set it as print area and then select the worksheets by pressing Ctrl keys you need, then press Alt + F11 keys to open the Microsoft Visual Basic For Applications window.

2. Click Module > Insert to insert a Module window, and copy the below VBA into the window.
