How to use Bcc in Outlook?
In Outlook, the Blind Carbon Copy (Bcc) feature allows you to send emails discreetly by hiding recipients’ email addresses from each other. This is especially useful for sending emails to multiple people without exposing their contact details. In this article, we’ll explore two ways to use Bcc in Outlook:
Manually enabling the Bcc field for individual emails
Automatically Bccing recipients using a powerful tool 👍

If you want to add Bcc recipients for a single email, follow these simple steps:

Open Outlook, and click New Email under the Home tab to create a new message.
Step 2: Enable the Bcc Field
Go to the Options tab. And in the Show Fields group, click Bcc.
Step 3: Add recipients in the Bcc field
The "Bcc" field will appear below the "To" and "Cc" fields. Click the Bcc button to add the recipients' email addresses to the Bcc field.

Manually adding Bcc recipients for every email can be time-consuming. If you frequently need to Bcc specific recipients automatically, you can use Kutools for Outlook’s Auto CC/BCC feature. This tool allows you to create rules to automatically Bcc recipients for all or specific emails you send.
