How to forward all emails from specified sender in Outlook?

Let’s say you need to forward all emails from a specified sender in Outlook, how could you achieve it quickly? This article will show you two workarounds to get it done.

This method will guide you to find out all emails from a specified sender with the Find Related feature, and then batch forward them easily.

1. In the Mail view, right click the email whose sender you will find emails by, and select Find Related > Messages from Sender from the context menu. See screenshot:

2. Now all emails from the sender of selected email are found out and listed in the mail list. Select any one of them, and then press Ctrl + A keys to select all of them.

3. Click Home > Forward.

4. And now all found out emails are added as attachments into a new email. Please compose the email and send it.

And now all emails from the sender of selected email are forwarded as attachments.

2. Now all emails from the sender of selected email are found out and listed in the mail list. Select one of them, and then press Ctrl + A keys together to select all of them.

3. Click Kutools > Forward (in the Multiple Mails group).

4. Now in the Select Names: Contacts dialog box, please type recipients into the To/Cc/Bcc fields, and click the OK button.

And now all emails from the specified sender of selected email are forwarded separately.
