New Features

1. New Handy Chart Templates

1.1 Dynamic Polyline Chart
If you work with multiple data series and want to display only one series at a time, this Dynamic Polyline Chart makes it easy. It generates a dynamic line chart with a scroll bar and a list box, allowing you to select any series to display its trend and adjust the scroll bar to mark specific data points.

1.2 Truncate the Y‑axis Chart
When your data range contains values that are extremely high compared to others, a standard column chart may not accurately represent the smaller values. This feature lets you break the Y‑axis at specified start and end points, making the chart more visually balanced.

2. One-to‑Many Lookup (Returns Multiple Results)
By default, the VLOOKUP function returns only the first match for a specific lookup value. If you want to return all matches for a lookup value, this new feature is your best choice.

2.1 Lookup and Return Multiple Matches
This option lets you return all matching results in a single cell. The results can be separated by commas, spaces, newlines, or any delimiters you specify.

2.2 Mathematical Operations on Matches
In addition to listing all matches, you can perform mathematical operations such as summing, counting, multiplying, or averaging the matching values.

3. Split Data to Rows
This feature splits multiple text entries in a single cell into separate rows. The entries can be delimited by characters such as semicolons, spaces, newlines, etc.

4. Clear Advanced Drop‑down List
This feature clears the defined scope for the Multi‑select Drop‑down List, Drop‑down List with Check Boxes, and Searchable Drop‑down List features.

Improvements

1. Replace Any Characters
The Replace Accented Characters feature has been renamed to Replace Any Characters and received a fresh look. It now supports:
1.1 Replacing accented characters with regular ones;
1.2 Converting punctuation marks between Chinese and English;
1.3 Converting characters between full‑width and half‑width;
1.4 Converting letters between uppercase and lowercase;
1.5 Converting between newlines and spaces;
1.6 Removing all non‑printed characters;
1.7 Customizing your own replacement rules.

2. Add Text
This feature has been optimized with more useful options:
2.1 Add text before specified text;
2.2 Add text after specified text;
2.3 Add text between characters;
2.4 Add text between every word;
2.5 Add text around the text.

3. Remove Characters
This feature now supports removing duplicate characters within a cell while keeping only the first occurrence.

4. Dynamic Drop‑down List
This feature now supports creating dependent drop‑down lists spanning 2 to 5 levels arranged alphabetically.

5. Advanced Drop‑down List
The Multi‑select, Check Boxes, and Searchable Drop‑down List features can now be applied simultaneously across different data validation ranges within a single worksheet.

6. Transform Range
Transform the selected range without preserving cell formatting—significantly speeding up the process.

7. Apply Date Formatting
Add custom date formats and modify the date format list to display only the formats you need.

8. Advanced Combine Rows
This feature has a refreshed look for a simpler, more coherent experience. It now includes additional options:
8.1 Skip empty cells when combining data based on criteria in another column;
8.2 Delete duplicate values when combining data based on criteria in another column;
8.3 Combine values with a colon when merging cells based on criteria;
8.4 Count unique values based on criteria in another column;
8.5 Preview the merge results in the dialog box under the Preview tab;
8.6 Use the Sample button to open a sample file demonstrating this feature.

9. Sort Sheets
Reorder worksheets—including hidden ones—within a workbook.

10. Setting Center
A new option, “Disable Advanced Drop‑down List on Startup,” has been added to the Setting Center. This option lets you enable or disable the Multi‑select, Check Boxes, and Searchable Drop‑down List features simultaneously.

11. Re‑run Last Utility
The Re‑run Last Utility drop‑down now lists the 10 most recently used features, allowing you to re‑run any function by simply clicking its name.

1) Make Up a Number: Fixed an issue where handling numbers with two decimal places led to calculation errors.
2) Date Picker: Fixed an issue where the Date Picker dialog appeared for cells not formatted as dates.
3) Data Form: Fixed an issue where the total displayed did not match the number of selected rows under certain conditions.
4) Combine Rows, Columns, or Cells Without Losing Data: Fixed an issue with formula recalculation after merging.
5) Link Sheets: Fixed an issue where the dialog box was obscured when renaming a scenario.
6) Expand Dynamic Drop‑down List: Fixed an issue where the dynamic drop‑down list range failed to expand in some cases.
7) Passwords Manager: Fixed an issue where the “Automatically Fill Password” option did not correctly fill in passwords in some cases.
