In pivot table, to hide selected items, please do as follows:
1. Select the item that you want to hide, and right click to choose Filter > Hide Selected Items, see screenshot:
2. And then your selected item will be hidden immediately. See screenshots:
Note: You can use the Keep Only Selected Items option to keep your selected items visible.
