How to repeat rows when scrolling worksheet in Excel?

You may need to make a certain row such as the title row always visible while scrolling the worksheet. This article will show you methods to achieve it.

Repeat rows when scrolling in a worksheet

The Freeze Panes function of Microsoft Excel can help you to repeat rows when scrolling a worksheet. Please do as follows.

1. In the worksheet which you need to repeat rows when scrolling, click View > Freeze Panes.

2. If you just want to repeat the first title row in this worksheet, please select the Freeze Top Row option from the Freeze Panes drop-down list.

For repeating certain row, please select the first cell below that row, then click Freeze Panes from the Freeze Panes drop-down list. See screenshot:

Repeat rows when scrolling in all worksheets

If you want to apply the freeze panes to all worksheets in current workbook at once. Please try the Freeze panes multiple worksheets utility of Kutools for Excel.

Before applying Kutools for Excel, please download and install it firstly.

1. Please select the first cell below the specified row which you need to repeat when scrolling the worksheet, then click Kutools Plus > Worksheet > Freeze panes multiple worksheets.

Then the Freeze Panes are applied to all worksheets of current workbook at once. When scrolling the worksheet, the specified row will be always displayed at the top.

For disabling this utility, please click Kutools Plus > Worksheet > Unfreeze panes multiple worksheets as below screenshot shown.
