Quickly remove a comment or all comments from email body in Outlook
Kutools for Outlook
While using Outlook 2010, you can remove a specified comment by right-clicking it and then click Delete Comment. If you want to easily remove a comment or all comments from email body in Outlook, you can try the Delete Comment and the Delete All Comments utilities of Kutools for Outlook.

Remove a comment or all comments from email body
After installing Kutools for Outlook, you can quickly remove comment(s) from email body as follows.
Remove a comment from email body
1. In the composing message window, select the text with comment you need to remove.
2. Click Kutools > Delete Comment > Delete Comment. See screenshot:
Now the selected comment is removed immediately.
Remove all comments from email body
1. Click Kutools > Delete Comment > Delete all Comments. See screenshot:
Then all comments are removed from email body immediately.
Notes:
1. The Delete Comment and the Delete all Comments utility can be only applied to Outlook 2010.
2. These features also can be applied when you reply or forward message which contains the comments in the editing Message window.
