Easily forward multiple emails individually at once
With Kutools for Outlook’s Bulk Forward utility, you can easily forward multiple emails individually at once in Outlook as follows.
1. Please hold down Ctrl key and select the multiple emails which you want to forward individually at once.
2. Then apply the utility by clicking Kutools > Bulk Forward. See screenshot:
3. Please select persons or type in the email addresses which you want to forward to. See screenshot:
