Quickly save papers by adjusting spacing between words

Adjusting spacing between words can save papers when printing the document. It is very useful especially for a long document. Kutool for Word’s Short Last Line utility can quickly adjust and compress the paragraph to make space for the last short sentence, if the paragraph is ending with a short sentence. By doing this, it will save a lot space in a long document.

Note: The common length of short last line is between 1 and 15 characters. You can also define character number of the short sentence as follows:
