Quickly Export a Custom Dictionary in Word
1. Click Kutools Plus > More > Custom Dictionaries.
2. Select the dictionary you want to export and click the Export button.
3. Choose a folder to save the exported dictionary. You can see the dictionary file in the destination folder.
Quickly Import a Custom Dictionary in Word
1. Click Kutools Plus > More > Custom Dictionaries.
2. Click the Import button and select the custom dictionary file from the folder.
3. The dictionary will be successfully imported and ready for use.
Easily Set a Default Custom Dictionary
1. Click Kutools Plus > More > Custom Dictionaries.
2. Select the custom dictionary you want to set as the default and click the Active button.
3. A star icon 
will appear, indicating that the selected dictionary is now the default.
