Insert or add captions to all tables, figures and equations at once

If you have a document with multiple tables, figures or equations needed to instered captions as shown in the below screenshot, you can quickly batch insert captions to all tables, figures and equations at once in Word as follows:

1. Activate the document that you want to batch insert captions to all tables, pictures and equations, and then apply this utility by clicking Kutools Plus > Multiple Captions.

2. Please specify the options in the Batch Insert Captions dialog box. Tip: If you only want to batch insert captions to all tables, please specify only Table option. See screenshot:

3. Please click Ok button to begin inserting captions. You will see the results as shown in the below screenshots.
