Easily Export Comments to Word, Excel, or TXT
To extract comments from your document, follow these steps:
1. Open the Word document that contains the comments you want to export.
2. Go to Kutools Plus > More > Export Comments.
3. In the Export Comments dialog box:
1). From the Range drop-down list, choose to export comments from the whole document, current selection, or current page.
2). Select the export format: Word document, Excel workbook, or TXT file.
3). Click the Create button to generate the exported file.
