Quickly select all table captions, figure captions or equation captions in Word

When we need to edit or unify all captions' style together, it may be easier if we can select all captions at the same time. For example, to select all table captions, all figure captions or equation captions. Kutools for Word's Select Captions utility is able to select each type of captions at once in the section or the whole document quickly. The Select Captions includes:

Quickly select all table captions in the selection or the whole document

Quickly select all figure captions in the selection or the whole document

Quickly select all equation caption in the selection or the whole document

Click Kutools Plus > Select Table/Figure/Equation Caption Paragraphs. See screenshot:

If you want to select all table captions in a part of the document or the whole document, you can quickly get it done as follows:

1. To select all table captions from a part of the document, please select a part of the document which you want to select all table captions first as shown in the below screenshot. Tip: If you want to select all table captions in the whole document, please directly apply this utility without selcting a part of document.

2. And then applying this utility by clicking Enterprise >> Select Table Caption Paragraphs. You will see the result as shown in the bleow screenshot.

Quickly select all figure captions in the selection or the whole document

If you want to select all figure captions in a part of the document or the whole document, you can quickly get it done as follows:

1. To select all figure captions from a part of the document, please select a part of the document which you want to select all figure captions first as shown in the below screenshot. Tip: If you want to select all figure captions in the whole document, please directly apply this utility without selecting a part of document.

2. And then applying this utility by clicking Enterprise >> Select Figure Caption Paragraphs. You will see the result as shown in the bleow screenshot.

If you want to select all equation captions in a part of the document or the whole document, you can quickly get it done as follows:

1. To select all equation captions from a part of the document, please select a part of the document which you want to select all equation captions first as shown in the below screenshot. Tip: If you want to select all equation captions in the whole document, please directly apply this utility without selecting a part of document.

2. And then applying this utility by clicking Enterprise >> Select Equation Caption Paragraphs. You will see the result as shown in the bleow screenshot.
