Kutools for Word 6.00 – New Ribbon layout and more utility

Our Word add-ins collection tools – Kutools for Word 6.00 is here now. All of the subscription users of the software can go to download and upgrade to the latest version from here. Tip: The upgrade procedure is quite simple, please just download and install the installation package of latest version.

If you have not purchased a subscription of the software and want to have a free trial of the software, please go to download and install the software from here too.

A totally new Ribbon Layout in the new version

New utilities in the new version

Select Pages:

Select Current Pages: selects current page of the document with one click.

Select Odd Pages: selects all odd number pages of the document with one click.

Select Even Pages: selects all even number pages of the document with one click.

Select Pages: You can quickly select all pages in a range or specific pages. For example, you can quickly all pages from page 10 to page 20. You can also select specific pages, such as to select page 1, page 5, page 9 and page 11. See screenshot:

Select Shapes: It will select all shapes in the whole document.

Radio Button: You can quickly insert radio button in document. First, please enter the content in document, and then select the content and apply this utility to insert radio button before the content.

Demo:

Resize Images: You can quickly resize all image sizes based on a percentage of the current size of specific image. If you want to apply the size of one image to all other images in the document, please select the image first, and then apply the utility Resize Images with Selection.

Remove Tables: You can quickly remove all tables in the selection or the whole document with one click. Tip: if you select a part of the document first, it will only remove all tables from the selection.

Export Comments: You can export all comments of the document to a new document.

Export Images: You can quickly export all images of current document with a specific image format (Jpeg, Gif or Png) to a folder.

Export Table to Images: You can export all tables in current document with a specific image format (Jpeg, Gif or Png) to folder.

Convert List to Text: You can quickly convert the bullets and numbering list to plain text in the selection or the whole document. Tip: If you select a part of the document first, it will only apply to the selection.
