We can list all captions within cross-reference dialog box, but it is not very visualized and we have to select the type we want to list.
Step 1: Click the Cross-reference on the Reference tab. Pop up the dialog box below.
Step 2：Select the caption type you want to list

1. Please apply this utility by clicking Enterprise > Caption Pane. See screenshot:
2. Then you will see all captions are listed in the caption pane:
Note:
With Kutools for Word’s Caption Pane utility, you can:
1. Quickly go to a certain caption by double-clicking the bookmark or selecting the certain caption in caption pane, then click 
button.
2. Quickly cross-reference a certain caption in the document by selecting the caption in the caption pane and then clicking 
button.
3. Update the captions by clicking 
button, and to increase or decrease the font size of caption names in the pane by clicking 
button.
