Easily insert a right aligned caption next to an equation in word

Word does not offer a built-in method of automatically inserting a caption flush with the right edge of a document. Here are two examples of equation caption in scientific journal:

or

 insert-right-align-caption-2

In any case, scientific journals require the equation caption to be right aligned and on the same line with the equation. Besides, the caption number should be enclosed in parentheses. This tutorial will tell you how to easily insert a right aligned caption like this next to an equation.

In Word 2010 you can place a table and in the right column Insert--->Quick Parts --->Field--->StyleRef to print Chapter number (if it is desired) and then Insert--->Quick Parts --->Field--->Seq to insert automatically updated equation number. You can see detailed equation numbering procedure here:
    http://smps-power.blogspot.com/2016/09/insert-chapter-based-equation-numbers.html .
I don't have other versions of Word, but I understand Word 2016 offers a built-in numbering method.

For anyone used to Latex, Word is awful. If you are scientific, use Latex and never Word for your reports, articles, thesis. After a bit of training, you will be suprised of its efficiency and will never more use Word scientifically.

SO on second equation.x's are different size. Whats up with that? why the hell microsoft word changes my equation variable sizes all the time. I want all my x's at same size ( meaning same height and width if you measure by ruler.) Stop changing the damn size of my x

WordPerfect will produce captions, right-aligned, for equations very readily. It's just not on nearly so many PC's.

    Using Kutools doesn't work :(

It, removes display equation style and mixes puts the postfix in the next line... unusable.
