Quickly list all hyperlinks, remove all hyperlinks and manage all hyperlinks in Word

The Hyperlinks Manager of Kutools for Word is a handy utility to view, edit, and delete hyperlinks in current document. With this utility, we can manage all hyperlinks of current document easily.

Click Kutools Plus > Hyperlinks Manager. See screenshot:

List all hyperlinks of current document

If you wan to list all hyperlinks of current document, please apply this utility by clicking Kutools Plus > Hyperlinks Manager. It will display the Hyperlink Manager dialog box. And all hyperlinks of current document will be listed as shown in the below screenshot. Tip: When you clicking on the specific hyperlink in the Hyperlink Manager dialog box, it will quickly locate and navigate to the position of the hyperlink in the document immediately.

If you wanto locate and navigate between different hyperlinks in document, please click on a hyperlink in Hyperlink Manager dialog box, it will locate and navigate to the position of this hyperlink in current document, and highlight the hyperlink in the document as shown in the below screenshot.

Quickly edit hyperlinks of current document

Select the hyperlinks that you want to edit in the Hyperlink Manager dialog box, and then you can edit this hyperlinks display text, screen tip, hyperlink style and hyperlink URI, and then click Save button to apply the modification.

Note: You can hold down "Shift" or "Ctrl" key to select multiple hyperlinks in the Hyperlink Manager dialog box.

Apply same modification to multiple hyperlinks

If you want to change Display Texts of multiple hyperlinks to have the same Display Tests in the document, or to change multiple hyperlinks to have the same Address (URL) and so on, you can hold down the Ctrl or Shift key to select multiple hyperlinks you want to apply the same modification in Hyperlink Manager dialog box, and enter the new Display Texts, ScreenTip, Hyperlink Styles or URL, and then Click Save to apply the same modification to the selected multiple hyperlinks.

Delete or morve multiple hyperlinks from document

If hyperlinks are not needed, you can delete them in the Hyperlink Manager dialog box directly. Firstly, please hold down Ctrl or Shit key to select multiple hyperlinks that you want to delete in the Hyperlink Manager dialog box, and then click Clear button to remove all of selected hyperlinks together.
